That is correct.
That is on a S14 going from 232/232 the reason the TQ is
lost because the s14 doesn’t have the Secondary Butterfly’s
Keep in mind this dyno is from a bone stock S14. Put these on a
Modified KA with Intake and Exhaust the HP increase will be exponential.
Interesting, well thanks for the info! I’m personally going to pass on this one because my KA isn’t staying too much longer but I’d be interested to hear the experiences from whoever grabs this from you!
I have this same setup in my car and from 3000rpm + it’s like hitting VTEC.
There’s a noticeable difference in power and responce.
sorry this may be a stupid question but do you have to change anything else in the engine when you change the cams?
No. Just make sure you know what you are doing before you attempt it.
