Very small thing in the list … easy, but took time to get it where I wanted. The B&M has a solid steel shift handle. Metal + fire = bendiness. The trick is not to get greedy if you try for too much offset you get a shifter that goes up and down a lot. This forces you to shift using your shoulder rather than your elbow which makes for imprecise shifting.
