you know im thinking about starting a mini, i almost had my hands on a 91 nissan which was an awesome project truck, for 100 bucks. but no title
i did just come across a 94 s10 for about 100 bucks. no motor, HAS a title. bed is rotted. and frame work started to bag.
since it has no motor it gives me options, along with body dropping made much easier with it out already.
i figure for that little amount what do i have to lose. i can take it to a scrap yard and almost get that back.
im goin supercharged on a built 4.3 w/ multiport upgrade.
I have a 2000 4.3 w/ 4l60e
With me holding the shifts till rev limit and on a damn good launch i only ran a 15.9 :bloated: the 2000 csefi makes 180 hp and 240 ft/lbs I have a few bolt ons, so for additave sakes, lets say 185, 245.
its still more than the 1994-1996 MPI motor puts out on its best day. At most, the SS is runnin 15.6, 15.7 with the 5 speed and limited slip rear
The truck is located in Hamburg. If you are interested and need more information feel free to email me at mfenski@gmail.com. Ill be in Florida untill monday so it would be easier for me to communicate with you that way.
yeah i think me and slo01s10 are the only ones on the same page as far as mini trucks are concerned
http://s-seriesforum.com/gallery/bagged theres some of my more recent pics, i need to get a few more
theres a whole group of mini truck guys in my area… i think they call themselves layin low customs or something
i know who they are, its actually Low Life Customs, nice guys
meh, baggin is not my thing, 1/4 mile drags and autox is. But to each their own
oh i love 1/4 mile drags too thats why i want to supercharge the blazer and built it a bit more, and keep it once the smartbuy is up or get a trailblazer ss and build that up…
rofl, i like how the s-10 guys have taken over every truck thread on this forum and started this own discussion miles away from the origional topic,
oh well, theyre free bumps
how much you payin on the GM smart buy?
279.58 per month for 48 months, got it the last week of april last year, put down $700, sticker was $29,500 and change, ended up after GMS price and rebates at $22,400 with tax, couldnt pass up on the deal. It was running like shit about a month ago and i was so pissed off but Paddock took care of everything as always, i almost got out of it for a 2wd Trailblazer SS for $293 a month for 4 years. I kept the blazer for the reason of not wanting to lose out on the $5000 of finance charges to get out early
im most likely going to be out your way thursday, i want to check out the cruise night at scotty’s pitstop, i will let you know for sure.
ugh…if this was 5spd manual iwould be all over this
Yea I wish it was a 5 spd too but they didnt make the SS with a manual. Swap would be the only option, but I am willing to meet up if your still interested or wanna even come check it out, auto isnt that bad. PM me if you want. Thanks
