Maintenance done by Lia Honda every 4000 miles

Engine, Transmission, and rest of the car in good working order

Needs clutch master cylinder and 2 (rear) brake lines

Dealer offered $2000 trade in if the clutch cylinder was replaced but I don’t feel like dealing with it. Thought maybe someone on here would like to fix/flip it.
