Well, i was planning on using the car till my new one gets on the road, but it turns out my grandpa is gone in florida for the next couple months and I can drive his car. I have never even registered the car. The car does need some work, thus the low price. It runs and drives, but once it switches over to open loop it freaks out. I’ll get into the details later on.
1996 Civic HX
115,000 miles
absolutely no rust (florida car)
Black
Originally an auto (5 spd conversion with 40k miles on it)
Bone stock
Aftermarket moonroof (OEM quality)
The bad:
The car needs a new oxygen sensor. It is currently throwing a code for the sensor. I am not quite sure whether the sensor is bad, or it is the wrong one. The car runs great until it switches to open loop, then it freaks out.
The car has a coolant leak. My brother and I swappaed the intake manifold on the car (long story), and we seemed to either have missed a coolant line, or not completely installed one.
Thats it!
I’m entertaining offers in the 2500 range
KBB fair value is $3,125, with the work mentioned above, i would have no problem putting the car at the good value of $3,655
PS: the pictures really do not do the car justice, I washed it, then everything froze on the car! It really has good paint, etc.
^ i think thats the one tony mits was trying to sell for someone

No, mine was my ex gfs dads she wanted like 2700 for a 98 it had over 200K miles, a good deal, it was on the original clutch though, and for some reason i do not remember anytihng about the tbelt or h20 pump being replaced
i would suggest towing it back, the car really bugs out after it switches over to open loop. If you are seriously interested in the car, and aren’t super far, ill split the towing fees with you, and tow it via u-haul

i’m coming back upthere march first so if anything it would be fixed then driven back down.
Still trying to decide if I can live with just two cars down here, or if I need another one up there to keep at my parents house for while i’m up visiting which from now on I plan to do a week every other month so it seems almost worth it to avoid rental costs.
Send me a pm with what EXACTLY is going to need to be fixed.
