ill bet you a new detail will help you sell this car for your asking price. that engine bay looks like ass and in my opinion, when selling a car, a detail is just a common courtesy.
thats good… look at car and look at what they go for… they catch over that all day most are listed around 10k with same miles… cars been very well cared for.
