The AC port on the motherboard, inside the laptop busted off? If that is what you’re talking about, the entire laptop has to be disassembled and the motherboard removed. Also, a special soldering iron and solder must be used. (If that is the part broken. Pics would help as well)

Also, what processor does that laptop have?

the motherboard is fine and the dc socket is not surface mounted ill take some pics later

ok the power problem is fixed so the computer powers up and charges fine all you need is the keyboard for 20 bucks unless you like to cut and paste a few letters
