Can you still use the stock shift knob on them? I like the leather wraped stock shift knob!

IMO are theres a little buzzing with higher RPM’s…
and when i go to shift into reverse, it wont stay, so i have to hold it into gear…
but other than that the shifter has nothing wrong with it

Not going into reverse is either an error in installation or a fubared tranny.
Ths install is very quick and simple, if you install it wrong you will now right away because it won’t work properly (jumping out of gear, not staying in gear, exesive vibrations).
Maybe in a few weeks when the weatehr gets better we can have a “group install” in a parking lot so that everyone can do it at once and compare results.

yeah, when i first installed my obx, i didn’t install it correctly and it kept popping out of 4th gear and reverse. double check your install, i’m not familiar with the megan, but if its the same as te obx install, PM me and i can type out detailed instauctions
