Yea, I know it seems like a useless place to sell it, but some of you might need a house, or know someone that needs one?
Woodbridge, 3 bedroom semi-detached, one garage, 1800 ish square feet, hefty back yard. Very nice area, near the 400 and the 427, we are the first owners, house has been up for almost 4 years.
Reason for selling… buying a bigger house with two garages (I can finally work on my damn car :D)

370K obo.
Considering how much real estate is in Woodbridge, the asking price is very reasonable, land value can only go up here.

Or… DOWN. The real estate market in Southern Ontario is in a huge bubble
right now as in many other areas in North America…

4 years ago you’d have paid roughly $250,000 for that house which is now
$370,000K (depends on property size, and a bunch of other stuff, but
it would be close to there)

Anyways the bubble should burst in a couple years by the time I’m done
school. w00t.

Anyways, great time to sell a home, not such a great time to buy now. You
shouldn’t have a problem getting 350K for it. Go you.
