BUMPSKI for hammerhead and tilapia
Hammerhead is very tough and definately not the best tasting shark out there. Blacktip and Lemon are hands down the tastiest of them all.
When you say angelfish, are you talking spades or?
They were black, like a French Angel fish but they’re all gone.
I marinate my hammerhead overnight and baste with spiced rum on the grill to make it much more tender.
