I have a T25 from a 91 300ZX.
The turbo is in good shape just needs to be cleaned and rebuilt.
The fins on the turbines are all fine, no bends or gashes.
The Wastegate seems fine opens and closes…
I’ve had this thing sitting in my garage for a year, I was going to rebuild it and use it but will not push the air I need.
The shaft does spin… just not freely… hence the rebuild
Anyone who can put together legos can rebuild the turbo, rebuild kits go for 20-40 bucks

rebuild kit is aroudn 20-30 bucks, yes it needs to be rebuilt or else all you will accomplish is limited air flow, does not move freely
