Fuck Laduke's car, love4boost doesn't know what across means.

100 and then you only need to sell 45

Id buy a ticket. It’s a brillant IDEAR

If I win we are jumping this thing into the side of sullivans truck

100$ a ticket and he’ll just need to sell 371 of them

I will legit do $100 raffles if 40 members or more participate.

No you need to sell 371

love4boost you seem like a decent guy.

Can’t figure out if it makes it better or worse that you ‘streched the truth’ on ebay then told the truth here.

The best way I can sum up the results of this practice is the following: it makes your offer to pay the down payment and morgage for one year in your house-for-sale thread seem a little… well, questionable

really, no offense man. just some hopefully constructive criticism. feel free to tell me to shove it.

Oh, and i tried real hard to logically back up this whole cross country thing, the best conclusion i could come to is that you need a new lawyer lol

I’d buy a ticket to win this turbo stealth bomber.

I just spent $70,000 cash on a business, im now broke and want to recoupe cash… thats why im selling my house with this offer… Whats questionable?

seriously who wants to set the raffle togeather, ill pay whoever to do it

$100 if we can get 40 members to go in

$200 for 20 members

For the record, AFAIK personal raffles aren’t legal in NY as they are considered lottery.

He could just run it through his business.

really? lol… Why did they do them at lebanon valley for grave digger? Bc it wasnt personal orr?

How can i make it legal, i wanna do it lol… i cant im agine i couldnt get 40 members to pay $100 for this civic.

I’m sure dis ni99a can pay off anyone that has a problem

3. Who is eligible to conduct a raffle?
Raffles may be conducted by “authorized organizations” who have applied for and received a games of chance identification number from the NYS Racing and Wagering Board.

“Authorized organizations” are defined in part to include bona fide religious or charitable organizations, bona fide educational, fraternal or service organizations or bona fide organizations of veterans or volunteer firefighters that operate without profit to their members. In order for an organization to be eligible for a games of chance identification number, the organization must be domiciled in a municipality that has passed a local games of chance law. It is unlawful to conduct a raffle in a municipality that has not passed a local games of chance law. Furthermore, individuals and commercial businesses are not eligible for games of chance identification numbers and are restricted by law from conducting any type of raffle.

5. Are organizations required to obtain a raffle license from their city, town or village clerk?
Prior to the conduct of any raffle, an organization that has received a games of chance identification number must submit to the municipal clerk a completed “verified statement” (form GCVS-1) listing the dates of the organization’s scheduled raffle drawings. A copy of the GCVS-1 shall also be submitted to the Racing and Wagering Board. If at the end of the calendar year the organization derived net profits of less than $30,000 from the conduct of raffles, a second completed “verified statement” (form GCVS-2 ) shall be submitted to the municipal clerk listing the raffle activity of the organization. A copy of the GCVS-2 shall also be submitted to the Racing and Wagering Board.
