To keep a more accurate messure of your gas always reset your trip meter when you put a normal amount of gas in. Some people do it I think most people don’t. Then you’ll know by your self how much km you will get for how ever many litres. And to find out how long you can go fill up a jimmy and just drive till you can’t drive no more.
Mine works but only after the needle has gone way under the E and the line… must hold about $10 easily I think “my car anyway” because I’ve drove around on E for almost 2 days “75km easy” before the light came on
if your fuel level sensor is broken then you need a new sending unit fixing wires isnt going to do anything. but enjoy doing the extra work.
as for the bumhole attitude… i think that would be directed towards yourself since i dont see how i could care whether you’ve lost respect for me considering i dont even know you, hah.
thanks. incase i ever see you ill know exacally what im dealing with.
My gas light works perfectly it seems. When I’m on about the E it starts to slowly fade in, the brighter the light gets, the less gas you’ve got.
However, it does not seem to be at all in sync with the actual gauge for whatever reason. Meaning, if I take a corner and the guage goes up to say 1/4 tank temporarily the gas light doesn’t necessarily fade or go off completely.
I love how it gets brighter as I get lower on gas.
Once it looks like its at full bright (judging by the cruise control light brightness) I can put almost the full 55L in the tank so it seems to be very accurate (much more accurate than the gauge)
