fuel set up help from you guys!

edit

t or y same thing!

doing a Y may be a little beter!

edit

I run a sumped tank with one line running from the tank to a (magna flow Y, they have an fittings already on them so you save some $$$ and get alittle better flow). From the Y I ran two smaller lines to my two external walbro’s. Then just mirror the same steps back into one line and take that to the front. Oh I also used a inline filter before the first Y so its nice and easy to get to.

edit

u can make a steel 98 tank have a sump!i think tyhere a better way to do it then those threads u posted!

http://store.summitracing.com/default.asp?target=esearch.asp&N=110&Ntk=KeywordSearch&Ntt=gas+tank+sump&x=10&y=12

thats kinda how i was going to do mine!

cool we can di it with mine i gotta search and find a 98 metal fuel tank then!

or just bye the speed inc one now that they say all the bugs have been worked out of them
watcha you think

no problem!i’ll get one!

I don’t have any info on f-body sumped tanks, mine is of course a fox body tank. I do know that if the sump is wrong, and its not baffled corectly you will have problems. So if the company thats making them for f-bodys dosn’t have there shit toghter stay away. I like sumped tanks and external pumps for alot of reasons. Such as the sump is at the back bottom of the tank, so when you get on it where does the gas go??Into the sump. and its a snap to change pumps, also its not a biggie but the pumps arn’t setting in your gas heating it up(I don’t think intank pumps put of that much heat, I’m just messin with yah).

i think y roomatew rob is usuing a 340lph in line pump on his TT setup… ill have him add to this thread when he gets back from class

Twin walbro’s are all you need. They have been runnin them for years with no problems(and they are cheap around $95.00 each).

brain got this back from harlen
