Take out the useless back seats, bolt your subs there, and use the trunk space for a full size rim with floor jack and small tool box.

no it wont. the aspect ratio will not change. the overall diameter is determined by the steel belts that the tire is constructed around. also, you will not be finding any 225/40 tires, 45 is the common profile.
