and geo storme is alright i put a clutch in one at school then took it for a test drive it could burn the tires off real good
but they did have a turbo grand am for a year or so…i think it might of been a 89

thats the funny thing, not to many people know about the grand am. The grand ams in the early 90s came with a few different engines, the best out of hte bunch was the HO 2.3L quad 4 that make 180hp, the 92-95 grand ams came with a LO 2.3L making 150hp, HO 2.3L making 170-180 (depending on year) a SOHC 2.3L making something like 120hp and a 3300 v6 or a 3100 v6. then from 96-98 it came with the 2.4L Twin Cam making 150hp and a 3100 v6 making 155hp, then the 99+ came with the 2.4L making 150hp then changed later to the 2.2 ecotec making 140, and there was also the 3400 making 170-175. all of the 4 cylinders can in auto or manual, and the v6 only came with an auto.

as for the 0-60, 1/4 mile stuff, anyone who thinks a CRX is for drag racing just doesn’t get it. A CRX is a car for nimble handling at decent speed. It’s like a poor man’s Lotus Elise. It’s all these fucking ricer pieces of shit ruining the image of the CRX that makes me want to kill.
I was just busting your balls about the Grand Am thing. There really isn’t any car I’d slam someone for owning. If someone’s into a particular car and he’s more interested in performance than looks, I respect that.
