I have always been active, but my metabilism sucks beyond belief not to mention my work schedule is horrible. I maybe eat fast food once every couple of months, and we don’t keep junk foods or sweets in the house. Over the past 4 years I don’t / can’t eat nearly as much as I could when I was in high school and I was smaller than I am now. I do know my job is causing a lot of my problems and I’m slowly working on it, just got to get to the doctors when I can find some time to have a few possible problems checked out which I didn’t know run in my family.
Me and My brother have always been bigger than anyone in my imeadiate family but on the same token have always been active in sports and outdoor recreation so who knows, I personally stopped truly worring about it.
eca stack = metabolism problem solved… as far as a heart condition/related illness, you’re on your own. but if you want to speed up your metabolism, this is the cheapest and easiest way i can tell you to do that
No not a heart condition. More along the line of hypotyroidism (under active thyroid) which primarily regulates metabilisim. I have been having a lot of other symptoms along with it then I find out several people in my family have it (go figure).
