I have yet to see epoxy coatings that work. The army facility in Rochester paid tens of thousands to have the hangar floor coated. The stuff is literally 1/4 in thick which was applied cut ground down very cured (10years or more) concrete and there was still issues.

I think i am going to end up using race deck which is a plastic overlay. It’s not cheap and doesn’t like heat, but my floor is a little low and gets a little bit of moisture. They make vented and unvented tiles.

I priced out the tiles, WAYYY more than i was willing to pay. My flooring stuff total ran me about $250. I also dont park my daily in there so salt is a non issue. Any “heavy” work gets done at the shop as well, so those are two things i took into consideration.

Get the floor ground then dyed, if you try to skim it, it will pop after a couple of freezes. Getting it ground will get into the meat of the concrete and it will be stronger and resist future pitting. There is a guy on wnyoffroad that does this for a living. It looks AMAZING when it is done, way better than any paint or coating I have seen.
