Alright i have a leak in my gas tank. its around the bottom left hand side of the tank. 1 cm in diametre. I put gas tank putty on it but apparently that shit isn’t hardening what so ever. I even put foiled tape over the putty to secure it. It lasted quite well for a week but it sweats sometimes. My buddy at the shop told me to use some metal type epoxy. I need ideas.

go to a gas tank repair shop, and they can fix ur gas tank. they will send it into a place in toronto, then there they will sauder any holes in the tank, make sure its sealed, then stick a lacker type coating on the outside of the tank, and one on the inside…this is the best thing to do!! ur gas tank is pretty much gauranteed not to rust again
