i’ve got a water temp gauge sort of hanging limp under my deck, it looks like ass. i also have another gauge to install and im looking for a clean look.
i need some ideas of how to mount them (without using the A pillar)
any pics or ideas?

use autometer single gauge pods.
they look great and can be mounted newhere
GT
I mounted mine where the little “hand dryer” vents are.
I don’t have a pic of it dead on unfortunately but you can see it on the right side of the image:
You can mount them ontop of your steering column, or take out a vent, cut into your dash…
I currently have the same dillema. As you can see my 3 gauges are under the deck. But I have no idea where I will put the A/F gauge. Since my dash is brown, I think i will cut a hole in it on the passenger side, and if I don’t like the look of it I will just throw it out when I get a black dash. Or I could always just mount them on top of the dash and drill holes for the wires…
I do not like the look of pillar pods at all, the 515 looks good, but I would like to keep my vents.
do it up like mine
GT
what did u use in that pic? looks like what CP sells…
made it myself out of aluminum
ya just make one yourself out of sheet metal to fit in the bottom part of the deck whole. or take out one of the vents and make a little piece to fit it in there. or better just, just cut a whole in the dash and angle them with a piece fo sheet metal there and then put a nice plate over top of some stainless to cover up the hack job.
possibilities are endless. all ya need is some tin snips and a drill.
my setup from a few weeks ago
its changed now with safc and steering wheel that have been put in
i know its a bit more work but i think between the air vents is the best… i mean between the center ones and passenger. It might look dumb if you just have one there but it looks very clean with about 3 or more evenly spaced.
Its now painted and installed, just dont have pics…
The lighting in the pic makes it looked angled, Ill try to snap a pic installed at nite.
hang them off the glove box. I’ll probably put one on the steerign column
GT GREG nice steering wheel, looks like it came from a Chrysler Cordoba lol
Brandon that gauge pod looks sick.
That wheel looks awesome, I’m not a huge fan of the beige, but if it comes in all black, I want one!

He has this pod that replaces the center vent on the S13…it’s very oem looking.
hmmm greg, nice wheel…lol ask andrew i got the same one. it’s a cherry wheel, with brushed aluminum centre. it’s an original grant, made in italy…
thanks for copying…once again lucky is the trend setter.
