I’m thinking about redoing my gauge setup.
I’m running a 3-pod pillar with Boost / AirFuel / Water temp (all analog)
all are Autometer Lunar series.
I’m thinking about going digital…
What are your preferences digital, or analog???

dashhawk FTMFW (only for OBD2 vehicles with CAN bus)
get a STACK and call it a day
but my choice is analog I like watching needles peg.
needles FTW
Major car MFGs figured that out. There was a digital craze in the late 80s, when it first became readily accessible, then it died. I believe almost all cars now use a digital signal fed into a gauge with a needle.
I like analog.
analog all the way, i have the ultralite 2 series guages and i like them alot
2 5/8’s analogs o yes
analog
reason why i ask is because my plans for this winter include a new chip, which comes in gauge style
and possibly a wideband O2, which comes in gauge style
but again, thats down the road a couple months.
i though this boost gauge might make it a matched set
get analog because its easyer to see if somehting is going wrong with them at a quick glance
i’d go with analog. personally every time i see digital gauges it reminds me of when car companies were trying to be futuristic in the 80’s early 90’s…not my taste
analog
analog FTW

Analog. But that might just stem from my hatred of fuel injection and computers and what not. Hehe. But x2 on the easier to see if somethings going wrong.
Analog.
No missed numbers while updating. Can glance and see that everythings OK/not.
They tried digital guages in the space shuttle. The astronauts complained that they had to actually read everything - too time consuming - so they went back to needles. If it’s good enough for NASA…
analog!
those are pretty cool
and ya analog ftw
analog
no question
