What specific numbers are safe for water temp, oil temp, oil press, egt, etc. for a redtop sr20?

Water temp- i am usualy around 80- 90 C (but it really depends on where sensor is placed)
Oil temp- around 100C is ok
Oil pressure (around 1 bar at idle and alot more at full throttle)
EGT- i have no idea
