Did you go to IFO? I think I passed you on my bike on my way home that day

looks good , i like those , some dark tint and a bigger exhuast and it will really look nice. Theirs one like i just said in amsterdam and i love how it looks.

Nah I was home that day.

I saw ur same car on the northway around 5-6 going north.

Yeah I’ve seen one or two clones. I also recently removed the plastic trim from the center of the doors.

Flashed the Cobb 93 octane 16.5psi map. Power delivery feels smoother, and removing the boost limits in 1st and 2nd is nice. Definitely woke her up a little bit.
+20hp for the sticker

Purchased the CP-e XcelNANO SRI from FULLBLOWN. So much for staying stock who was I kidding. Will install tomorrow and flash the new tune to it. The ricer in me wants to be able to hear the turbo spool.

Nice. Cant wait to hear it. And cooler weather, should be fun for winter lol

Took all of 15-20 min to install. Factory air box is held in literally by a rubber band, a plastic clip, and a rubber pressure fit. Tune flashing now if I’m bored maybe I’ll film a sound clip. Engine bay is filthy and I don’t care.

Worst video ever! But you can kinda hear the turbo spooling and the stock BPV.

Threw the snows on thanks to red having a set of RX-7 wheels laying around. Almost thinking of getting the wheels powdercoated at some point and running them permanently. They sit a little more flush to the fender and take a bit of the harshness off the ride. I really like the look of the smaller wheel, they are a good chunk lighter than the stock 18’s, plus at 16X8 and I can run a 245 tire instead of the 215’s that came on the 18X6 stockers. Also the price point of 16’s is much easier on the wallet.

Brakes just clear the wheel.

those look awesome, fresh powder coat would be tits.

Altimax Arctics are god-like. Do speed3’s have an LSD?

Yeah they do have an LSD, which should help a bunch. I’ve run the generals on my last few cars in the winter. I love them.

The Generals are good for the price but I found that they are pretty squirmy in comparison to Blizzaks. Prob would drop the extra coin on Blizzies for this car if it were me. Or if I were PJB, buy a good set of all seasons and drive on those 24/7/365.

I’ve ran blizzaks wasn’t a fan. They wear way too fast.

I haven’t driven on Blizzaks on my accord, but a friend had them on his maxima which I got to use in the same storm. I was more comfortable on the generals with no ABS and an open diff than I was in the maxima (ABS, 4 wheel disk, stock LSD). Don’t get me wrong, both did great in the snow, and didn’t feel like they were going to get stuck, especially if you weren’t driving like an asshole. But my car had more cornering grip and stopped better.

Almost any winter tire beats the hell out of an all season. I don’t especially notice squirmyness on my generals.

Bridgestones are better in deep snow. I actually have both sets on my beater right now. :rofl

Didn’t have any problems in snow that was up to the top of the bumper last winter. Eventually you can’t slide the car anymore because it just pushes up a huge pile of snow against the side.
