dunno about the LS trans, but a hardened gearset would/could/should outlast 2-3 stock trans (at Your power levels).
So, $200 - 500 for treating
or
3 ls trannys with nominal rebuild parts: 3 x $150 = $450

either go mikronite, or don’t get anything at all. cryo helps, but it’s nothing compared to mikroniting.
cryo just strengthens your gears. it doesn’t give you cooler tranny temps, or more power to the wheels. just spend a little more and do it right.
