Genesis Development

Synapseturbo.com and CIP Motorsports located in Connecticut have teamed up to produce cutting edge turbocharger replacement parts for the new Hyundai Genesis 2.0T. The Genesis is just what the import market needs, a 2.0 turbo rwd sports car that is track ready and capable of making big power. After driving the car and base lining it with basic bolt-ons, we feel the Genesis has the potential to be the 240sx for the 21st century.

Look-out for Synapseturbo’s Genesis:

what did it put down for base numbers??

I remember seeing that car at one of the drift hustle events. Love the genesises…genesii…genessee…w/e.

With the MXP exhaust and 3’’ catless dp it made 191whp 195wtq.

nice, i was wondering if you guys would jump into that market.

Nice to see you guys dipping into just about every market.

So if I go 335i, you gonna start making parts for that too? lol

Yes! This is going to be good! Glad to see you guys are teaming up with CIP as well!

There was one there at the last LVD event. Had suspension and exhaust I think, however they didn’t drift it :frowning:

Wait… I think it was this car! :lol

Yeah dummy that was this car

:facepalm

that is some pretty solid numbers to start. Can’t wait to see what you guys can do with it! Best of luck!!!

yea i was highly disappointed that this wasn’t drifting at the event it was at. i think it needs to be participating at the first event next year, prove it can be the 240sx of the 21st century.

i still think they are an ugly car but i can’t wait to see where the market goes with them, ugly or not i could see it being a potential future car for me.

I really have a thing against Hyundai’s in general but this car might prove me otherwise. I’m looking forward to seeing what you guys and do and see how this will run at the track.

just what i was thinking, i know buscher is doing relatively well with it as far as product development goes

good luck with everything

Aren’t they pretty much Evo X motors? 4b11?

same design with weaker internals if im not mistaken, not sure though

Still a Hyundai. But I am all for being different so its all good i guess. They are not lookers by my standards but I guess they could be improved upon. in stock form can it step out the ass end? Does it come with a LSD?

looks good man, you should have wallace be your driver for next year and drift the shit out of this thing!

This!

Haha, I have found that you need to be an innovator in this business and order to stay around. We try very hard every year to work with newer cars and the newest technology.
