Getting Sued ?!!?!? WTF

i could see if it was a hospital bill or something, but a chiropractor is the lowest form of doctor out there. everyone knows a shady chiropractor who will make some shit up to get some money.

I can’t stand people like this. I hope your insurance and lawyer take care of this for you.

fuckin bitch

That’s fairly interesting. She’s still a money grubbing bitch though. I am seeing a chiropractor for being rear-ended 6 months ago, but I’m not turning anything into the girls car insurance… why? 1. because I only had limited tort and I can’t sue, but mainly 2. because I’m not really that bad off… 3X a week for a little while and I should be good to go. My car insurance is paying for the medical bill, and I can still work. My chiropractor even said that even though the way I carry stuff and what-not at work isn’t helping any, that he’ll “work around it”, and not to change anything that I’m doing.

I hate women.

shes a fat old bitch that needs to get a life and try and make money by working a job …she can come do my job for a day and then go fuck herself

This shit is for the birds.

Check out this crap:

Pennsylvania car insurance laws

Pennsylvania is a “choice no-fault” state, which means that, as a driver, you can choose to insure yourself under the tort system or the no fault system (also called “limited tort”).

Under the full tort system, you retain unlimited rights to sue the other party in an auto accident. Under the limited tort system, you can sue for direct expenses, but not for non-economic damages (like “pain and suffering”) unless injuries are very serious. Purchasing a policy under the limited tort system will reduce your premium.

In either case, Pennsylvania auto insurance laws require all drivers to carry liability and medical benefits coverages. Pennsylvania liability minimums are 15/30/5. (That’s $15,000 per person for injuries you cause to the other party, up to 30,000 for all, and $5,000 for any damage that you cause to the other driver’s car and/or property.)

Medical benefits coverage of at least $5,000 is also required by Pennsylvania auto insurance laws. In the event of an accident, this policy will help cover the cost of your injuries, regardless of who was at fault.

Pennsylvania auto insurance companies will also offer optional policies such as uninsured and underinsured motorist, income loss, funeral benefit, extraordinary medical benefits, collision, and comprehensive coverages.

shit like this makes me wish I sued the fuck out of the dude that mangled my Prelude.

Its been almost 19 months and now shes just bringin it up…just pisses me off so bad reading all the crap in the papers

THere is a statute that they must file a lawsuit with in 24 months or they cannot sue after an accident… since its coming close you got the sumins… calm down and let your insurance company handle this.
