i am the new owner of a 90 civic si hatch. selling the jetta, it will be my daily driver. motor is blown in it, so looking for cheap donor motor-- be it a stock one, or a decent priced sohc or ls dropout from a 91 body style integra.

i owned a hatch before… drove really well into snowbanks… quad trails… floods’… jumps… hill climbs… drove hot for miles… bent the frame jumping it… and yet it still ran and drove when i finally sold it for 125$

I’m a VW owner, and i’d gladly take a Civic for a daily driver…it’s reliable and gets me from point A to point B…isnt that what a beater is for? Besides, the VR6 is an attention junkie, premium is expensive, and whenever anything breaks it costs me a damn fortune…
Unfortunately, right now I’m poor so i have to live with the VW for a daily driver…anyone selling a cheap Civic i can drive back and forth to work? lol…
