I havent gone clay shooting in a few years and was looking to find a good club that’s closer then the one i used to goto in akron.
any recommendations?
Who needs a club? go buy the slinger and clays and set up shop in a high school parking lot. 
We used to just shoot them in the fields when I was growing up or on private cabins. I don’t know of any public clubs to shoot at. I think there is a private club on clinton or 20a out near wales.
Not sure where you live but there is the Niagara County Sportsmen’s Association in Ransomville.
I believe membership is $75/yr. They have a clay launcher going on certain days/nights or you can use one of the hand operated ones pretty much any time.
where do you live? what kind do you want to shoot? trap, skeet, sporting?
trap mostly… skeet wouldn’t be bad either, though i never tried it before… currently live in tonawanda but dont mind driving as long as its not a haul.
The Elma conservation club has a very nice setup. They are a private club but I believe they still allow non-members to shoot.
