Good places/roads to ride

Yea with the map I made you can pretty much take any of the roads that connect to them and have a good time.

Thanks for that map, by the way, it was very helpful. i based my route off of that, picked up a large unfolding map at a gas station, and explored some really remote roads. the bridge at 240 near colden is under construction and shut down, so i ended up finding a really cool detour (not the one they try to send you on) with some very winding smooth roads with plenty of elevation changes.

can anyone tell i am addicted in just a week?

Doesnt take much… I dont think I can ever give it up.

Figured i would post this question in this section because obviously you guys dont give a fuck. but spring is coming and im looking foward to actualy driving my car again. I know WNY is not full of good roads full of twistys. But i was just looking for suggestions from anyone who also enjoys a good back road that you can carve.

I give this thread a:

Lol, im sure il get some negatives to posting this. but idgaf I live by farmland where theres nothing but straight roads, and my car is not “sweet” enough to do “sweet” highway pulls with other members, dont get my wrong, fast cars are dope, just not what intersts me. Il leave that too the people with money!

Willardshire Rd, you may die, hit a deer, fly off the road, but its very many funs.

New title for thread
“Where are some gravel and pothole covered roads with blind turns, so i can drive my cheap POS at excessive speeds and wrap it around a tree?”

“Open your heart up and let that hate out”

michigan road inbetween java and arcade is pretty fun in a few spots.

Lots of elevation changes on that one too by the creek.

North Davis has a couple nice turns too and real nice strait-a-way, and was just repaved last or the year before…willardshire has been getting pretty bumpy lately, those 2 roads were my commute for the better part of 2 years getting to a jobsite…got my first speeding ticket in there.

Jack come on! You grew up in this area, head south towards akron, any where just east of medina, or north up by the lake. No traffic and no houses

edit: These are fun cruising roads, I am not condoning illegal street racing of any kind…

Anyone remember Leydecker road in West Seneca before they rebuilt it? I had soooo much fun flying up and down that road. In retrospect, I’m lucky not to have killed someone or myself.

retrospect schmectrospect.

198 is a fun one

Edit: Not a back road lol

north creek rd.

starting on old lakeview rd and ending on rt20

quoted for fucking TRUTH. i was just going to post this.

I remember going from 20 to Lakeview, right past the airport road, we found out we could catch just a little bit of air going over 60 in my GLI, with a nice gentle landing. Then you have to slow way down for the curve. Back then there were a ton of potholes to avoid too. I’m still amazed that car survived high school without any damage.

Well played sir

Some members have started back roads cruises in the past. I’m sure there will be a few this summer. They usually don’t discuss much of the route online though.
