the more 18 year olds intoxicated = more drunk driving deaths imo. first, they don’t have control of a car that they have not been driving for a long time (more than 5 years of driving exp, I don’t think so), second they are drunk. Alcohol has a greater affect on younger minds imo, and kid’s think they can tolerate it and make it home safe… I have my doubts.
Completely agree that the going to war = drinking thing can be thrown out the window.
