Get a toyota tercel like i did, amazing on fuel (I frequently average 5.5L/100km in my 5 speed) (50ish mpg) and it was the cheapest car I could find on insurance.
volvo is the best winter car
they are made for winter
they barely rust
they last up to 500,000 km’s no problem
they are rwd
they are turbo
they are manual
they are safe
they are good on gas
they are cheap on insurance
they are so much fun
i have one!
not all volvos are rwd, turbo or good on gas but i would rock one of those older boxes as a winter beater
for some reason every volvo i have came across on kijiji and craigslist all need a front windsheild.
LMFAO
Nice winter beater right here.
bahahaha!! thats amazing!
I got a 1990 Honda Civic Si Safetied has a small gas leak in the return line 1000 obo very flexable on the price
SUBARU LOYAL
if you get a winter beater, what happens to your insurance? can you switch it from one car to another? telling the insurance company that you are only driving that one vehicle for the winter? or do you maintain 2 separate insurance policies?
You just remove and add onto the policy.
Most of the time you shouldn’t need to specify seeing as how all your doing is swapping vehicles, and everything covered is the same.
Depending on your policy though you can keep the summer vehicle under certain categories like fire and theft, and in my fathers case, pay $12 a month, and have your winter/dd vehicle under full coverage or w.e for however much amount.
i still have the bent rod i pulled out of my sisters 92, those things are awsome. she drove it as her first car for 150000km IN ONE SUMMER and never changed the oil once lol. blew a rod out the block but was a tonn of fun.
sell this thing to you for 1g as is. No rust. 318k
oh yeah… it’s an AUTOMATIC… ish… I think I just made baby jesus cry.
i keep telling everyone if you want a fun kick ass winter beater buy a stick suzuki sidekick cheap on gas, insurance, and is reliable
^ lol…got something better well not so much in the fun department…haha.
92’ Toyota Tercel for $820, hardly any rust, mint frame, & low mileage.
TOYOTA FTW!!..won’t be so exciting this winter but sure will have it’s advantages.
you bumhole you grabbed it already?
Take this one Redline! Maximas are amazing cars, even in an auto configuration. Roomy, comfortable and luxurious and with a 190hp V6 they rip! My brother has one and I’ve driven it many times, so I can actually vouch for what I’m saying.
EDIT: Oh wait, you already got a beater, never mind lol.
^ I love the Nissans, a maxima would of been baller considering the power & the roominess for many endeavors WoOt!! but considering other things, the Tercel had to be my choice…
lol, yes…that answers the question penis head haha.
just give me a call bro, I’ll give you the details on it.
