its relativly expensive, but me and myg f are both making good money and like most nice apartments it includes nothing… but it has 3 inside walls and one wall is all thermo insulated glass so electricity and gas are low

yeah 915 is not shit. Im paying 900 for a 3 bedroom on richmond. I think those might be out next move . our landlord is selling the place so it might be sooner than later.

just because you arent engaged doesnt mean you cant put a mortgage in your name and have your gf pay you rent… i think that was more what joe was getting at. that way, you build equity instead of paying rent. worse comes to worse, you break up, and you have to find a roommate and cash flow is tight for a few months.
