I hope that cop is held accountable for his lax in writting the ticket because they are held to a high standard, mistake or not, and your ticket gets dropped.
That being said, IF you are RETARDED enough to still your windows tinted and drive said pile of shit to your court date, I hope they follow you out and write you a correct ticket for your windows, tow hook, and anything else they can find.

Well this sure turned into a shit storm fast. I went to the DMV, got the information i needed… statements from the DMV saying the BMW has been under the new plates since January 3rd 12’ and a statement showing the rx-7 i sold was re-registered and titled to the new owner back in Late Nov 11’
I won’t reply to everyone here but all i can say is to the people saying “just pay the ticket” fuck off, if you honestly would rather take it in the ass because its a waste of “your time” that’s fine by me, but i refuse to pay for an officers fuck up. He’s paid to not make mistakes and do his job well. The Prosecutor refused to drop the rear window ticket like i specifically asked because Mazda rx-7s do not have rear windows so i’m fighting that in court.

Also, because of the situation by taking this to court i can probably get both tickets dropped at the same time. I was never against paying for the fronts on this said “mazda rx7” but that specific car does not have rears so i wanted that one dropped. I tried to avoid showing this officers mistake to carl morgan, but that failed so here i am now.

You can probably get it dropped as a result of his clerical error, but don’t make it out like you’re 100% in the right here. You had/have illegal tint on the window, and you might get off on a technicality. You’re getting spent more time on this than the ticket is worth to most people. At least it certainly seems that way, maybe you just have a infinite amount of free time.
