According to the judge i provided enough proof I was not driving a red 1990 rx7 therefore both tickets are invalid
The officer could not remember what car I was driving

And this is why I say fight tickets. Regardless of any situation if you are guilty or not… you can still fight and have a chance of not paying a dime.

Excellent. Bitching about getting a tint ticket would be stupid, but if there is a possible technicality to get the tickets thrown out, one would be stupid not to jump on it. Personally i don’t take anything here to heart because its the internet. But i’ve been READING (see: not member) since summer 05’ and the post quality has definitely gone down since then. I’ve devised NYspeed into 3 groups
