Been shared for over 3 years now…havent had those problems yet…also are co-owners of our house and share a 30 yr mtg!

I do things backwards i guess…I get the place to put her before I marry her. :doh:

I did it too…a 9 year old and a 6 year old make you do things in the name of practicality instead of romance…don’t feel too bad…
