anyone instal one? i have a one and it has no instructions, should be straight forward but i can’t figure it out :grrr any help would be great

Yeah, I installed an Apexi SuperGround setup on my car.

You want to run a wire to the positive battery terminal, the alternator, and a body ground at a minimum. I can’t remember the other connection I have, but I can look at it tomorrow and see what I did. :slight_smile:

I heard it was all the body grounds you could find and one engine mount min. But i never understood it… heh…

thanks alot, but mine is one of those hks universal ones, it has the circle mount that you attack to the negative battery terminal, can’t figure out how that attackes or goes together

how many lines do you have? Cuz after reading the V’s solutions…

  1. Negative Post(Main Circle)
  2. One to body ground (aim for the driver fender)
  3. One to the altnator assembly (aim for the 13mm?? bolt that that is connected to the tensioner arm)
  4. One to the engine (dont know where…)
  5. One to the cover on the MAF sensor holding (Golden color shroud)
  6. One to the Intake Manifold (if you can find a spot)

Then again, check with others who have the setup, but thats how i’d do it… but of course I might be wrong… Someone correct me if i am… :rolleyes:

I think you mean Negative, at least mine was, perhaps that Apex’i needs power to it? But it should be the negative terminal.

Oh yeah, I guess so. The Apex has a voltage stabilizer unit included…I forgot about that part. :smiley:

there is about 6 or 7 wires, that have to attach to a main circle hub sort of deal, then attach to the frame, alternater, block, head, and a couple more things can’t remember.

Look for the HKS Circle Earth grounding system. That’s what it’s called. :slight_smile:

mine looks a little different then the ones they are showing, but pretty much the same idea, the only thing is that some of the pieces are different and i am not sure how to connect them
