UPDATE:
I’ve got a few deals boiling via PM and at least one large one looks promising. So here is the plan:
Assuming at least one of these people ends up sending me a deposit - I will be leaving town this Tuesday with the group buy finalized. I’m going to do my best to make arrangements to have the order placed on my behalf by a friend on Wednesday.
I placed the order for the Special Order items already in hopes that they will arrive within the 10 days they promised me.
The plan is to go on Saturday September 8th or Monday September 10th to pick everything up which is not the coming weekend by the one after.
I’m happy with the way everything is going so far and everyone has been a pleasure to deal with in PM and over the phone - I thank you all for that.

Sorry dude but I’m cutting off this group buy for now - I’ve got a couple of deals boiling in PM at the moment and if even one of those goes through i’ll be at my capacity.
It looks like there is enough interest to do a third tire group buy before winter so keep an eye out here - in a few weeks there will be a nice selection of good deals on winter tires and steelies to choose from so its best to wait until next time for winters anyway

The best I can do is give you a guess. Like I said above, the supplier is going to be adding winter tires in the near future but hasn’t done so yet - they don’t stock them until closer to the winter season.
They have just one size of Michelin x-ice at the moment and it is the following:

The cost is approx $140 per tire at the moment
once there is more stock the prices should come down I would imagine as they start to move more of these tires.
you can imagine the price of the 17 will be slightly higher but its hard to say.

cant say for sure… however - they are very similarly styled (at least according to photos) as my old 5Zigen GN+ ProRacer’s were and if thats the case I could literally fit my arm between the spokes and the caliper, there was silly amounts of room
i always joked that i could change my brake pads without removing the wheel…
