holy intercooler! i had one around that size on my old gs-t. worked fine, it was a cheap-o as well.
Update:
Intercooler is mounted and ready to go, next is to get the intake manifold ready to go and then wrap the exhaust manifold.

a b16 with itr cams, forged internals and a gt35r turbo is good for 400-450 hp based on how many lbs of boost its tuned for. Evans will be the judge of that after I get the motor back and ready to go.
update:
Got the engine and the tranny split today. I am replacing the oil pan and getting an identical fitting for the oil line to the turbo but this time having it welded to the oil pan. The current fitting looks like it was JB welded on and it leaks. Things are coming along very smooth. Cant wait for the engine to go out to the shop!

switching over the stock manifold and throttle body unto the e.v.x… Its a rainy day so I might as well get this thing done.
if thats all the power you want the 30r will dominate the 35r in every aspect
i would like to make more power then that but I would be happy with 400-450, that size turbo can make up to over 650+ like layzies old build. Who knows what it will put out until it goes on the dyno.
