del sol engine is out at the builder, so I am finishing up the crx before the motor comes back. Then I will finish the del sol.

The del sol will take the crx up top. The del sol will be able to handle more boost because of the forged internals which will pull it.
CRX= b18 block/ b16 head with t3/t04 .57 trim turbo (gsr cams)
VS
Del Sol= b16 block and head, forged internals gt35r .74 trim (more boost)(ITR cams)
well figured I would update the crx build right now. I am almost done with it.
Just got done with the priming stage of the Engine bay. Looks a TON better then it did before. Next I will be painting it all black and then finishing it up with clear coat.
Then I will be ordering my new Sparcos the wife got me for my birthday from Swerve and installing them, then off to painting the CRX all black. Once the CRX gets back from paint, the new rims are going on and then the new injectors go in and a new tune. Then off to the Dyno. CANT WAIT TO HAVE THIS ONE DONE!!!
For the Del Sol. The engine should be coming back by may, then I will be putting it all back together.

didnt feel like pulling a motor to freshing up a engine bay, i have been taking my time with it, to make sure i get it 99% covered.

dont want to make a ton with it because I am going to be trying this crx out on the autocross track with the swerve guys.

i dont need to make a ton since im going to be autocrossing it. i figure eventually it will get forgeds internals
two builds…i only see one… and then a paint project and new tune…
i have done a lot to the crx thats not in the pictures, but you will have to see it in person, I cant release everything I am doing to it, I have to keep people guessing:)
Update:
Just got my new seats in. Big thumbs up to Paul and the rest of the guys at Swerve. Also picked up Skunk2 rear lower control arms, front upper control arms.
it should be fine, it has arp rod bolts
CRX Update:
Got the sparcos installed, the engine bay is finished and everything is bolted back together. The car is running and doing the final tune this week! Reclear coated the carbon fiber hood. I will be posting up some pics of everything.
Sending it out to paint is the next big step, then it will be finished.
