I would do this, but it would end up being more of a pain then it is worth. I’d have to do it in the parking lot outside my apartment and then pay someone to drop a new engine/transmission into it since I only have a small toolbox with me.
I know the feeling. I used to work on my dsm outside in the parking lot all the time. Then I realized a garage is a must! When you move to a new place, make sure it’s got a garage. I moved further out of town and have to drive a little bit of a distance everyday to campus, but being able to work on your car day or night even when it is -20 is great!

The car is so far modded at this point I’d have to agree that a part out would be an absolute nightmare… especially for the situation he is in with going to college and living in a campus apartment… a garage isn’t really an option for him right now.
Not to mention I don’t think he has most of the stock parts anymore as parting is out was never part of the “plan”

The only one I have is this one on the dyno…Camera died shortly after so couldn’t get anymore. Not very good, but might have more a little later this month when the weather gets a little nicer again.
Donno…parting it out in a parking lot isnt too bad. I did it after all. Just need some friends to help you out. Did it all in one day outside of my dorm.

I think it went for 10k… if they didn’t come down on it any but still… this car is a TON nicer than that one and comes with a built MANUAL tranny and wicked low mileage.
I seriously cannot believe someone hasn’t scarfed this thing up yet… for what you’re getting it’s a steal!!!
Bump…forgot to post comp/leak down test #'s when I posted the dyno sheet. All cylinders were in the high 150’s and leak down test yielded cylinders 1,3,4 were at 2% and 2 was at 3%.
If you could post it over on Honda-tech it would be greatly appreciated man! I will also consider trades plus cash as long as there’s at least $6500 cash.

Jeeeez… someone buy this damn thing… it is by far the cleanest DSM you will find. GLWS man… it’s going to be a damn shame to see it go 
^Yeah, it will suck to see it go, but the sooner the better. Don’t want to have to store it for the winter.

Have you tried eBay? Might be the path to go. I am half tempted to post it on eBay for you for $12K and make a $1K for myself. GLWS, looks stupid clean and done right.
