^^acutally its only 3 demerits… stunting that is, but getting two in the same month is pretty shitty, when u have two speeding tickets at 4 demerits each, and u foolishy got a passing on a shoulder ticket on yoru way hume from calgary 3 more demerits…good thing i pushed the court dates over till may…one speeding ticket comes off and i just might be able to drive…
go fight the tickets man, pleed registered owner, they usually let u go with just paying the ticket and no demerits! u know how to do that?
so with all this talk about “posing” and whatnot i think im gonna have to go out and mount some severly undersized tires on my 6.5 inch rims and stretch them to shit what sizes would you guys sugest??? maybe 155’s i dunno thats just a shot in the dark…i just wanna fit in with all the “pro” drifters cmon guys just help a “poser” turn “pro”
o i thought drifting would count as like reckless driving which is 6 points i think…but ya anyways even at getting caught twice that would be the max times before they could take my license
k what does this mean???..i paid traffis tickets to fight one stunting cause it was in the rain…other one i have to fight…lost the shoulder passing one in didsbury, i choked on the stand…
you go down to your local court house, fill out a case resolution form saying that your sorry and would like to plead registered owner and pay the ticket without any demerits. if your fast enough they will just make you pay the ticket. since all the city wants is your money they’ll let the demerits go.

yes what matt said, go fill out a case resolution forum and talk to the crown prosicutor, and then the crown guy will do all the taling for you, u just need to state ur name and say yes a few times, then they judge will say yes and u are good to go, u can be greedy and ask to not pay the ticket, make up a lame excuse it works every time!
Yes, ive done this on all of my tickets…you just have to go to the crown prosecutor before hand and tell him that your a student…cant afford insurance…and would rather not have the increase in insurance cause it just adds to everything else…you know you were wrong but would like a break.
It all depends on the CP and the judge though, but if you get the CP on your side the judge wont even care…he just ok’s everything the crown prosecutor says. This is all within reason of course…ive seen him turn down people who were like 50 over the speed limit.
Another thing to note is that its better if you get there very very early and are one of the first people in line…one day i saw some people get cut off and they werent heard…so they had to waste another couple hours the next day. Also, if he’s not willing to get rid of all the demerits…you can just ask for a reduction and they will most likely give that to you.
I actually havent ever filled out a case resolution form.
