Every nics check form that is filled out (4473 or w.e it is) and singed by yourself gets sent directly to the FBI. Once a pallet gets full off it goes. This form is as good as receipt. It has all your info and the gun you bought. Yes that means transfers also

I’ve been there when some one gets denied, the ATF will call minutes later after the guy leaves asking what he tryed to buy and the address he used…

This doesn’t happen to all who get denied but I’ve seen t happen multiple times.

This is just my knowledge through my good connections but yes all stores are obligated to submit every form…

So, basically we have had registration for a long time in a back assward way (if bought from an establishment requiring a check) , except there was no law on re-selling them privately as far as paperwork (like the current law)?
