yes it does, what I was getting at is a lot of these people playing the welfare game don’t pay any taxes but some how are able to afford all kinds of toys. If they arn;t going to pay taxes due to on paper them being poor, then hit them when they buy their toys and such with the other tax…

eh… they know how to play the system. If you fix the system so that its not corrupt and actually gets help to the people that really need it, then it would work. Also, welfare doesnt do much to help people get back on their feet. It breeds complacency. Trust me Ive seen plenty of welfare abuse delivering pizza in Kittanning.
