Are you refering to the rev limiter? You can get the ecu chipped cheap these days. Check out Xenocron
no im talking about the gov. that dosnt let the car go over 119mph

i think it may be that the car simply doesn’t have anymore power to go over 119mph due to gearing/condition of motor/weight etc
It was swapped into his civic the motor is mint and the car weighs just over 2000 pounds…and as for getting him on here ill try :mwahaha
