i dont hate the riders, but i hate the fact that their exhaust is 10x louder than any car ive had and somehow its legal
^ It has to do with decibals out of the factory
My bike is quiet.
Haha Butch it is you!
IMO you’re bike sounds perfect, plus you have the paint to boot
I think I’m going to buy a sport bike, drive around and punch people in the face.
I wave to anyone on 2 wheels besides a scotter and get the finger from sport bike riders all the time
I have the utmost respect for bikers, i made it to americade in Lake george multiple times, they’re always cool and had a few beers/liquor/illicit substances with them back in the day.
that being said, i understand what they’re trying to say here. The punk ass bikers who drive around revving their shit in suburban areas JUST to be a dick and act tough- they piss everyone off. That’s all well and good.
The southpark was Hilarious- when they’re in the library, self-revving(?)
When my brother lived in Charlotte, he hated everyone that got on anything at all hours of the night right by his windows. This was not limited to bikers, but also muscle cars and whatever the hell else just blasting down the streets saying, “Listen to me and my loud fucking exhaust while I hammer it down this street at 1am on a Wednesday.” I respect all riders, regardless of what they ride. My step dad owns/rides a Harley and taught me that from the beginning. People like to ride, who gives a shit what it is.
As for loud pipes save lives - I agree to an extent. If more people paid the fuck attention to their surroundings when they drive instead of their cell phone or dvd player, or actually looked before they turned/merged, the pipes wouldn’t have to be so loud. They’re head turners. The douchey riders you guys talk about aren’t any different from ricers and their poorly driven and modified car they’ve destroyed. The “let’s zigzag through cars in traffic” guys are the ones who fit the stereotype/general hated description and deserve to go splat. I know plenty of riders and drivers who follow the rules and don’t ruin things for others or give them bad names.
