You know that old saying about polishing a turd? It was actually first used to describe modding a C4. That’s where the saying came from. Prior to that saying people used to have conversations like this:

“Hey man. I bet Oprah wouldn’t be totally ugly if she were skinny.”
“I dunno man, you can mod a C4 but it’s still a C4.”

“Yo brah, I was thinking about fixing up a house for cheap on East Ferry.”
“I dunno man, you can mod a C4 but it’s still a C4.”

Then someone said
“Sup dude, I’m thinking about modding a C4.”
“I dunno man, you can mod a C4 but… Wait, that doesn’t make sense. Umm. OK, got it. You can polish a turd all you want but in the end it’s still a turd.”

And thus a new saying was born.

If a C4 is going to be slammed…it NEEDS flared fenders both front and rear. I’m also a big believer in bolt-on ground effects pieces rarely look good…in fact I think they’ll date the car more than they’ll help.

Not sure how many people opened the attachments, so I edited post 53 with the pics of what I think would make the C4 hot:)

It’s funny that you posted this, I have actually thought about it too for the same reasons. 99% of them are weak at best.

I was thinking A team’s Face man style white with a red stripe over the roof and hood, those wheels and all LOL
