Rolled fenders or fender covers etc would be good as well. But I hate that colour too though.

Cars with rims that haven’t been lowered always have the extra 4x4 package. That’s why I would do rims after suspension…

indeed, offset is 0 
camber and a drop might get rid of the mexicali look.
id say just a big drop is needed. The top of the wheels will pull in when the car is lowered.
