I need a head milled and i just read some bad reviews on napa on wolf road. Anyone have any other suggestions? Looking to bring it this afternoon so quick replies would be great, thanks
normally id recommend hunts in Schenectady… i mean i still do they do amazing work just last few times ive recommended people there they had issues with the counter guy but the work was 100%… so if you dont mind a bit of attitude id bring it there
also make sure you tell them not to sand blast the parts whre the seals for the cams sit… ive personally had 3 heads that would leak oil from the cam seals because the surface where the seal sits was sandblasted
i just some machine shop in latham for a flywheel not too long ago, good work cannot remember the name tho. it’s close to rt.9 and 7 intersection

Napa fucked up a set of polished heads I had by sandblasting them for no apparent reason.
