100% the dsm’s will die so ill have a better chance with a honda!:blue:
look at munsters car, stock ls motor, daily driven for years no problems…
if you beat the shit out of a anything it will break in time

I somewhat disagree. I nearly doubled the HP on my accord on ALL stock internals including HG for 2 years. Before running boost I ran atleast 15-20 bottles of nitrous through the same motor. The end failure was a HG though after 2 years. I see many many honda motors running 4+ years w/ small turbos and stock internals including d, b, f, and h series motors. If done sloppy w/ out proper fuel mgmt, tune, and not beating the shit out of it every time you accelerate they will last quite a while unless the motor was hurt before the boost. There are quite a few guys on turbod16.com w/ boosted d16’s well over 150K for several years. I think a good thought out setup will last for quite a while on any type of car, not just hondas.
truth,
if you can’t get a boosted honda to hold together, you shouldn’t be boosting them in the first place.
I show respect for the 14bomb. I am running one in my new project, going for the $2007 challenge with the DSM I bought from slammer.
what is the $2007 challenge?
