My left hand headlight won’t flip up anymore. I went out to my car after work one time and turned on my headlights and the right side came up fine but I heard like a clunk or bang and now my left headlight will just flop around. It tries to go up but only opens about an inch then stays down. I can lift it up to full open but when I let go it just falls down again, can anyone help me on this?

Sounds like the rod that connects the motor to the light came off/broke. Lift up the light by hand and look in the corner by where the motor is and you will see the rod has disconnected, I can put money on it.
Yup sure enough, I’m glad it was just a simple matter of snapping it back on.
